Delicious chunks of chicken, cooked in a spicy yet mild mango sauce.
AVOCADO FOL-FRUIT (V)
Fresh avocado half roasted and filled with lightly spiced mixed fruits.
CHICKEN CHILLI ROSHUN
Diced chicken cooked with fresh green chillies and garlic, stir fried using chefs own herbs and spices.
TIKKA TIKKA
A choice of Chicken or Lamb marinated in various spices and herbs, then cooked in the tandoori oven.
SHEEK KEBABS
Chicken & Lamb minced meat mixed with herbs and spices, created in the tandoori.
SAMOSAS (V)
Diced Chicken, spicy minced Lamb or fresh Vegetables, cooked with herbs and spices & served in a pastry.

DESHI MANGO
Suculent pieces of chicken or lamb cooked in a mango sauce to give a unique taste.
CHICKEN NAWABI
Succulent stripes of chicken marinated in herbs and spices, with a touch of yoghurt and roasted to give a full flavour. Curried In a medium sauce with egg, onions, tomatoes and green peppers.
KATTA MASALA
Available with chicken or lamb, in a medium sauce balances with freshly cut ginger and garlic, garnished with fried onions and fresh coriander.
GUAL MAAS JOOL
A traditional fish dish, chunks of Bangladeshi fish cooked with chefs own blend of herbs and spices. A must try for fish lovers.
KARAHI MAHARAJA
A north Indian household favourite, diced chicken pieces curried in thick but smooth gravy, cooked on the spicy side with onions, paprika and coriander. Served on a cast iron wok, a dish that has stood the taste of time.
TENGA PATHIA
A slightly hot and sour dish, cooked with fresh and pureed tomatoes along with fresh lemon juice, garlic and herbs.
SAAG AND PANEER (V)
A mix of fresh spinach and chunks of Indian cheese cooked in chefs own herbs and spices in a medium sauce. A vegetarian delight.

Boiled basmati rice fried with fresh onions, peppers, spring onions and chef’s own spices.

PESHWARI NAN
Nan bread filled with sultanas, almonds and coconuts, then topped with fresh honey.
